Session Structure

Our approach is always person-centered and deeply empathetic. During your sessions, our qualified music therapists will gently guide you through activities like guided listening, rhythmic exercises, songwriting, or vocal expression – always tailored to your specific needs, comfort level, and abilities. No prior musical experience is ever required. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and environment where you can explore, express, and heal at your own pace.

Activities May Include

Singing familiar songs
Songwriting and lyric analysis (individual)
Playing instruments and percussion
Music and movement
Listening to songs
Musical mindfulness and guided imagery
Musical improvisation to promote confidence

Session Format

Group Sessions: Max 8 people, 1 hour (to include set up)
Individual Sessions: 45 minutes
